The dry electrode technology, with solvent-free processing at its core, can reduce manufacturing costs and energy consumption, and also enhance the energy density of batteries. It is both environmentally friendly and economically viable. Targeting this technological route, Liyuan Technology has launched the second-generation dry electrode-specific material, DRY201. This specialized material features an extremely high crushing strength, capable of withstanding ultra-high pressure crushing processes. Even under a pressure of 9T, its compaction density can still reach 2.69 g/cm³. It also performs exceptionally well in the high-rate range from 1C to 4C and above, with balanced performance and no weaknesses. Coupled with excellent particle sphericity (φ≥0.98), it truly achieves a combination of high compaction, high capacity, and high rate, perfectly meeting the strict process requirements of dry electrodes and assisting downstream customers in achieving dual breakthroughs in cost and performance.

At this press conference, Liyuan Technology simultaneously launched the fifth-generation high-density compaction lithium iron phosphate cathode material S601. This new product has successfully broken through the industry's energy density ceiling, with a powder compaction density of over 2.704g/cm³. In both the power and energy storage core application scenarios, it can achieve longer battery life and lower watt-hour costs, while balancing performance and cost advantages. Meanwhile, S601 has outstanding high charge and discharge capacity characteristics, with a discharge capacity of 158.65mAh/g at 0.1C, ensuring stable and rapid charging and discharging capabilities. At 1C and 3.2V platform, the capacity ratio is as high as 91.34%, providing strong power for battery products. In addition, this product also has excellent energy efficiency and cycle stability, and supports customized development, allowing for flexible customization of performance based on actual customer needs, fully adapting to diversified application scenarios.

The technological breakthroughs of LiSource do not stop here. The second-generation high-density lithium iron phosphate manganese and the second-generation recycled lithium iron phosphate have been successively launched, further enriching the company's high-end lithium battery material product matrix. Among them, the lithium iron phosphate manganese MS364, as LiSource's first low specific surface area product (BET ≤ 14.00 m²/g), is crafted through a proprietary special sintering process, precisely controlling the size distribution of primary particles to achieve uniform and controllable particle morphology. This results in dual core advantages of low specific surface area and high density, with a stable density of 2.35~2.4g/cm³, significantly enhancing the overall performance of the product. The second-generation recycled lithium iron phosphate, supported by three core technologies including multi-effect coating, stepwise doping, and high-temperature reconstruction, has successfully upgraded the three core performances of capacity, rate, and density simultaneously. The product density can reach 2.55g/cm³, breaking the industry's preconceived notion that recycled materials have weaker performance with its solid strength.
